The following table shows support SLA and prices for end customers, small to large. OEMs are subject to different terms and pricing, please contact us if you’re one of them and are interested.

This new pricing is valid starting at 1st November 2011. Existing customers are entitled to renew their active support contracts under the terms of the old pricing list.

Open-Source Commercial Subscription
Recommended for developers and proof of concept. This edition is unsupported and most likely to be used in non-mission critical deployments. Recommended for production environments that demand scale and availability. Professional support and maintenance make this the right choice for critical deployments.
